There are many aspects to online business and internet marketing.  And the beauty of the internet is that there is always something to learn or a new piece of software or hardware that can make your life easier and your business more efficient.  In many cases the internet provides a way to leverage or scale your business in unprecedented ways.

We’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars on education, training, and software and recognise this as an essential business expense.  And we’ll continue spending because we know that it helps our bottom line (OK – we also really enjoy buying internet marketing materials and software and like to keep up with what our peers and colleagues are doing).
